Carl McCoid is a Miley Cyrus super-fan that has gotten 29 Miley tattoos, dropping about $4500 in the process. Miley mentioned the guy in an interview, happened to call the tattoos ugly, and now Carl is getting the tattoos removed. In retrospect, Carl probably should have gauged Miley’s appreciation level after, say, the FIRST one.
