This Guy is Getting His 29 (!) Miley Cyrus Tattoos Removed… SEE ’em Before They’re Gone!
Carl McCoid is a Miley Cyrus super-fan that has gotten 29 Miley tattoos, dropping about $4500 in the process. Miley mentioned the guy in an interview, happened to call the tattoos ugly, and now Carl is getting the tattoos removed.
