Melissa Joan Hart’s makeup artist is probably looking for a new job
This is how the powder on Melissa’s face looked at the red carpet premiere of Disney’s “Frozen.” Either the camera flashes really exaggerate the glow of this powder, or Melissa did something to piss off the person that applied it to her face and they thought, “screw it, I’ll let Sabrina look like crap.”
