Taylor Swift has made a bunch of visits to fans in the hospital, and while some stars do this for the good publicity, I genuinely believe Taylor does it simply because she wants to show some love and thanks to those that have supported her. In this case, she visits a cancer patient who plays the piano, and it’s all kinds of warm and fuzzy.

His name is allegedly Angelo, but Adele has kept pretty much every detail about him under wraps (yes, Kim Kardashian, it IS possible to keep one’s private life relatively private). This kid looks old enough to take care of himself whilst mommy records a new album, yes?
