Grab a hankie:  This Widower re-created his wedding photos with his young daughter

A man named Ben Nunery lost his wife Ali to cancer 2 years ago.  Before he moved out of their house, he asked his wedding photographer Melanie Tracy Pace (who happens to be Ali’s sister) to re-create/re-imagine some of their wedding pix with his and Ali’s daughter Olivia.  

The results are more of a “happy, uplifting” sad as opposed to a “wow that’s horrible” sad, probably because we can all see the road of many opportunities ahead for the 3-year old daughter.  You can check out the rest of the pix on Ben’s blog (beware, since this has gone viral, it takes awhile to load).  The pix come via Melanie Tracy Pace/Loft3 Photography (her page is down completely at the moment, also likely due to the web traffic).
