Here are some ways to help the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines
RED CROSS: I personally always default to Red Cross because I know it’s a reputable organization, and they’re so large that they tend to already have the infrastructure to make things happen quickly.
WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME: Provides emergency food assistance to families and children.
UNICEF: Helps get clean water and hygiene supplies to children affected by the typhoon.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY: Donate so that shelter repair kits can be sent to victims so they can rebuild their homes.
DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS: Support the medical team that’s on the ground helping victims.
SHELTER BOX: They provide survival kits that include a tent and other items for victims.
